Yeah I remember that one too. If battling LL was the downfall of his career, throwing darts at Jay Z afterwards was the nail in his coffin. After the Jay/Nas beef the bar for diss records had been raised significantly. And plus, Canibus said it himself, he didn't have a budget. -
I heard it mentioned that "C true hollywood stories" was a satire album. Even tried to go at Eminem. Em had to respond. Bis keep on pickin at him.

To me, that was the best and most lyrical battle to date. They were both flexing their pen game on some this is how you're suppose to do it ? . They made all those other battles look like some play-play ? .
They both went in consistently, but I edged it to Beans. -

What I'm asking is if there's any lines from either diss that stood out, still stands out and that's still stuck in your head to this day?
Personally I think their beef was boring. I never knew what started it and after hearing both disses, it was basically even. Nobody's career got hurt but when it was all over, neither rapper was as strong as they were before the battle.
