not saying this the case here but getting blamed for ? you aint do is woat i couldnt imagine how frustrated those dudes that be locked 30+ years on a mistake feel if they lucky dna clears them and they get set free with a few million but they lost 30 years of their life in prison though and they probably institutionalized at that point too with the outside world having passed them by

I honestly fear for her and her family's safety. Hope she get outta that small town bc dude clearly had heavy gang ties and not to go all conspiracy but 2 of his family members died in crazy accidents shortly after he was arrested

The state is going to call her though and if she don't testify they can have her locked up for as long as the trial is still going on.

He tried to marry her while he was locked up and the state got the judge to deny that ? just so they could keep the offer of immunity on the table under the threat of charging her with perjury. -
The state might try to do to her the same ? they did to Greg Anderson during the Barry Bonds trial. The state used to call on Greg Anderson to testify against Bonds but he wouldn't do it so they held him in contempt of court and had him locked for the maximum amount of time they could each time he wouldn't testify.
Might backfire in this case cause she has very young daughter who might not even be 1 yet. If they lock her up just cause she wouldn't testify against her fiance and child's father people on the jury might look at the state case as being extra weak and they trying to bully a young mother.
This is going to be a crazy ass situation.
