Yeah. I don't think he played a full season in the majors.

    He TRIED to play baseball.

Well, MJ has 6 rings. But if you consider that he took a hiatus in his prime he could've had 8 rings.

Its entirely possible that he could have won 8 championships in a row.

    But did he?

If your answer is no, then what exactly is your point...?

Anybody who has been in the league 8 straight years COULD'VE won the title 8 years in a row...

Struggling to understand what OP is trying to say here.

    He seems confused too.

Jordan did have a strong chance to win 8 straight. But he retired to be wack in baseball.

Then he thought he was so ill, he can come back mid season & Shaq & Penny aired him.

And I give it to Hakeem. Cause we always do hypotheticals, like if so&so don't exist. No Jordan = Hakeem ran ? .

    Jordan still the GOAT tho.

So your answer to my question of "what is the purpose of this thread" was:
    5 Grand wrote: »

And then following up by saying that you admired Jordan for "following his dreams"

...which logically means you must believe Kobe and Lebron didn't follow their dreams?

    Still... not making sense.

Why even include Kobe and Lebron?

Why is this thread not a "Jordan MLB career appreciation" thread?

You seem to be fishing for an argument.

Its pretty simple; People compare Michael Jordan, Kobe and LeBron all the time.

All I'm saying is that you can put up Youtube videos of Kobe Bryant and LeBron James dunking on people, ankle breakers and three-pointers at the buzzer, but you can't post any videos of Kobe or LeBron playing professional baseball. Its really not that complicated; I don't see how there's any room for disagreement.

Before you respond, I'm not going to be drawn into an argument regardless of any name calling or Ad Hominem attacks.

Reread the title of the thread; Kobe and LeBron don't have any highlights like this.

    They don't.

Michael Jordan was a basketball player.

who tried baseball in the minors if it wasnt for his status he wouldnt even get that opportunity.

^^^^ I agree, but he had a double with a couple of RBIs in a major league baseball game. He's probably the only basketball player that can say that.
