Btw did hannibal set bedelia up with that patient choking swallowing his tongue and whatever happened after that was all her or was that whole thing just a freak accident?

Even if it got picked up for a 4th season somewhere, not sure where they would go story wise...Simply because I remember Fuller saying how they had not secured the rights to the Silence of the lambs story or the Clarice Starling character.
