Scott Storch is crazy overrated online. Dude had a short stint of actual popularity working on his own and disappeared for a reason. He's not a great producer. He's great for melodies.

    You sound like Timbaland

I'm a real producer, you just a piano man

Tim wasn't lying. Storch drum game is weak and he never has any real input to a track when he works with an artist. Storch always taking credit for Still D.R.E. but the drums and everything else that went into making that song great Storch had no part in. Calling Storch Top 10 like you did is mad disrespectful to all the real producers.

No. Firstly, don't get me wrong, Still DRE is a flawless track and everything about it is dope, but what made that track was the piano riff, and that was all Storch. The drums were dope but are the drums what people remember from that joint? Hell no, and you're lying if you say otherwise.

Secondly, he never takes credit for the whole production, and he helped make part of rap history, why shouldn't he be proud?

It's not even a hard to play riff and Storch explained himself that Dre came out of the kitchen to tell him to use that. Had Dre not been in the room and had the vision, Storch would've moved on to play a million other riffs and the song may have never happened. The vision is what makes you a real producer.

I'm not mad at somebody putting Cool and Dre in their top 10..i think they're pretty underrated. They produced one of the dopest songs of 2012

The good think about his profession is it only takes one hit and it can come at any point in your career and usually does. Look at Pharrell with Happy, Robin Thicke, Andrea Bocelli, Leonard Cohen, D'Angelo, etc. and now with Hip-Hop being pop culture, there's more avenues for him to branch out into other genres of music.

Say what you want about Scott Storch but he's extremely talented and still has it in him to make another hit and have a good run.

If he really is doing it hard, it shouldn't be too hard for him to link up with some pop acts and crank out a hit or at least a semi-hit. I just don't know how well his sound will transfer into this generation
