Timothy Dalton was a pretty good bond as well IMO
    License to ? was dope

Licence to ? is top 10 but Dalton himself wasn't that special especially on the first movie he did as bond. Can't remember the name but it was trash. Script was just more serious and dark which suited his struggle face. He was the daniel craig version of james bond before daniel craig tho since it was the first dark bond movie so I rate him for that but casino royale and skyfall are top 5-6 bond films so I'd say Craig was the better bond. Dalton was legit the blueprint for the last 4 films tho. Also like Craig did all his stunts.

tim Dalton was boring to me. roger moore was campy and cartoonish.

Dude turned himself into the greatest Bond. I don't see this dude getting out of the shadow of James Bond. More power to him but he might regret this move

Say what you will about Moore but he did 7 bond films only one that was bad was A View To ? . He was the light to Daniel Craig' dark. I grew up on his bond movies. Redefined the role after Connery' great first run.

    "Turned down $68M"

    I refuse to believe that...

Its £68million, that works out to about $100million.

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit... How the ? ? I'd have them write the ? where I didn't do stunts and take the check. This ? is Toby McGuire stupid: "I don't want to be typecast!" Who the ? can name a Daniel Craig appearance besides side piece in Tomb Raider? I forgot that until the OP. Typecast as a dude who can ? your ? after murdering you, shoot down helicopters at night with a PP9, and drive the dopest cars while having an apartment that looks like a freshman's dorm room--the nerve!

    ? outta here.

I'm not saying it's as stupid as Dave Chappelle's "They didn't give me any help on how to run things, and this lighting guy laughed at me during the skit--and I felt like I was a joke, so I left because a black man can't be funny without wearing a dress" excuse to be responsibility free... but it's "hard on my body" is that stupid when the company is giving you all kinds of control.

it's hard on his body like a running back at the end of his career it's not like he can't make that money up doing other movies he got knee problems etc what the sense of having all that money and u can't walk

A ? can buy new legs with that ? . Or I'm getting the illest mobility scooter on the market.

Picture me rolling like proffesor x and ? .

does it come with the little Asian chick?

No. But I know a guy if you really want that dim sum.

Tom Hiddleton would have to put on a good 10 lbs I think to be convincing in the role. I guess if he becomes Bond they're going to go with a more "brain than brawn" kind of James Bond. It'd be a good counter to Craig's Bond. I think Craig's was more closer to the Bond in the books tho.

I'm not mad at whatever they choose, Tom Hiddleton from his interviews, seems like a cool down to Earth guy.

Tom Hiddleston is a great actor, and yeah, in interviews he seems like a cool bloke. He was in a recent series called The Night Manager which was popular in the UK which started the calls for him being the new Bond. I wouldn't mind him being chosen.

Of course I'd be rooting for Idris Elba though but he's already about the same age as Daniel Craig and all the racist white people would be having aneurysms over him being chosen.

Night Manager was trash. Just finished it. Not buying Hiddleston as 007 at all.

Damn. I downloaded Night Manager. On ep 3. Hella boring so far, i assumed it picks up. Guess not...

He was a much rougher Bond, and I enjoyed that about his rendition of the character.

I didn't like him as Bond but didn't hate him. I just felt his movies where less spy like and more action like. Not to mention he wasn't smooth with the ladies like Connery and even Roger Moore. He was just brooding in a sense when it came to the ladies not really suave or debonaire like the aforementioned.

    Yeah. That one was trashmatic.

This is funny since Bond fans consider it one of the best and Dalton's finest. Dalton's greatest contribution was having the characterization closest to Fleming's Bond decades before Daniel Craig made that hip to you kids.

That was random as ? . ? kinda drugs you on b? I just pointed out an observation that made your opinion ironic. Just go on any Bond board or Eon's message board and see for yourself. The Living Daylights is considered a top tier entry and Dalton's finest hour. Licence to ? on the other hand is not. I like LTK myself though.

He is. He had the right balance between the guy from the book and the guy he helped create for the movies.

James Bond 25: Daniel Craig's 007 return 'secured,' Adele wanted for theme song

The actor has 'changed his mind' and will reportedly play the spy in Bond 25

    Jacob Stolworthy @Jacob_Stol Monday 10 July 2017 06:58 BST8 comments

Daniel Craig is game for returning as James Bond in the film series' next instalment, according to new reports.

Speculation has been rife over the casting of the British spy ever since the release of latest 007 film Spectre in 2015, largely due to the actor being critical about the option of returning for more. Fresh sources believe Craig has “changed his mind” and that franchise producer Barbara Broccoli has “secured” the actor.

Craig may not be the only one to return - according to The Mirror, Broccoli is reportedly “determined” to bring back Adele to record the film's theme tune. The singer previously sang the lead track for Skyfall, the most profitable Bond film to date. It was the first 007 theme to win a Grammy and Golden Globe award.

They continued: “Craig and Adele together are the winning team, the ultimate choice, the money spinners. It’s taken time but Daniel has come round and the strong consensus in the Bond offices is that Mr Craig is 007 again.

“As for Adele, she’s more of an unknown quantity but loved being part of Bond, so the signs are positive.”

Earlier this year, it was reported that Tom Hiddleston - a contender for Craig's replacement - was deemed “too smug and not tough enough” by franchise producer Barbara Broccoli, daughter of producing stalwart, Albert.

It was previously reported that Craig was offered up to £120 million to return as the spy for two more films despite attention surrounding fellow candidates Idris Elba, James Norton and Poldark star Aidan Turner.

Movements are being made with the next 007 instalment following Spectre's release in 2015. Longtime Bond screenwriters Neal Purvis and Robert Wade are returning while the hunt for a new director continues following the departure of Sam Mendes.

Dunkirk filmmaker Christopher Nolan was recently linked to the role after his production company, Syncopy, was added to Bond 25's IMDb page.

I wouldn't be mad at a sequel to Man From U.N.C.L.E.

It was the only time Cavill and that guy who was once going to play Batman lived up to their big screen potential.

Inception was basically Nolan's Bond movie audition. He was directly inspired by the Roger Moore movies when it came to the action. So I'm not surprised his name is being thrown around.

Guy Ritchie was fishing for the gig but he's not considered bankable for Bond which is why Aladdin and a possible sequel at a lower budget for Man From U.N.C.L.E. are all that's on his current slate, the other 5 parts of King Arthur are definitely off the table and it seems as if the studio would like a final Sherlock film from him, Law and RDJ but Ritchie doesn't seem to want to go back to it because "everyone's doing it now". I hope he continues to be successful just so my mate Si can still get primo gigs doing the sound mixing on his flicks.

Damn. I actually liked the king arthur flick
