I think some countries can be objectively better than others. Not the cultures, that's obviously different, but quality of livin' can be measured. Treatment of the poor, Healthcare, policin' and repeat offenders etc.

What is the standard of measurement?
Jamaica for the fact that i can't think of another country it size that has so much culture that influence the world (music, food, dance, religion, athletic). Obviously the crime needs to stop, but that stems from lack of opportunities.
