During a conversation with my good friend's sister's boyfriend it came out that he had a false cancer scare and had to have a ball removed to prevent the spread. He now has a prosthetic and apparently, it's better

Right now there's a ? trend of synthol use within bodybuilding circles. It's basically a synthetic oil that's injected to make the muscle look bigger without having to actually lift.
Men don't seem to give a ? about natural women anymore. What do women think about these fake dudes? -

I don't really think about it at all.
It's fake, but unfortunately she had to enhance herself to get to the level of stardom she's reached. Our society rewards the artificial so I'm not mad at her for taking advantage. Get your money Nicki. -
