do any of you limit your workouts by the seasons...i know some people who do and i know people who go even harder when its winter time.

i read somewhere it's better to lift heaviest in the winter...don't know why...lemme look for the article

I still lift the same but my cardio frequency lessens in the winter and my eating habits get a lil' ? . I get into the mind-state of "I have a few months to work that off and nobody can see it now anyway."

I do more lifting in the colder months because I can't really do any biking or outdoor sports. During the summer, I play a lot of pick-up baseball, football, basketball, etc. Takes up most of my "exercise" time, so not much time left for lifting.

I usew to workout alot in the spring to get ready for summer, but i got lazy and would be on and off but now its been a month and ive lost 13 lbs and going strong
