Do not get in this year degenerate so try to take it seriously.
I have problems with the girls do not want to lie like I usually do but I have not had sex for three years now.
I have no contact with girls of all. I have very low self-esteem and has been depressed in recent years.
My question is what can I do to improve it? I'm very shy. I was not the past but because I've got so many diagnoses in recent years, I have low self-esteem.
I have started to take walks I go around town and a little in my town 3 to 4 hours a day but I never go and talk to the girls. Any tips? What should I do?

Ight King real spit what you need to do is approach like you kno' she's gonna be cool with you talkin' to her. Even if she isn't, it's unlikely she gonna be rude or make a scene. Neither has happened to me before. Just walk up to her and and her how she is. I like 'medium talk'. So, say small talk is like the weather etc. Start there and expand the conversation.

To be honest I dont know. I was ? just like 90% in the club..I went to the toilet around 03.00 and when i got out from there a security came up to me and yelled "Go out, GO HOME"
I told him "Why" "NO" "I want to stay" "I have not done anything"
He kept sayin "GO HOME NOW" "GO OUT" "you fall asleep in the toilet"
The bouncer that I had beef wit spoke arabic and I tried to talk with him in arabic, I told him "We need stay together" "Salam alekium" "We are muslims" All he said was "NO" "WE LIVE IN SWEDEN "I M FROM SWEDEN"
When we got to the lobby i told him "You sold your soul" "Do not forget where you come from"
then I went for my jacket and then from nowhere he choked me and 4 bouncers jumped on me and beat me up.
My friend tried to help me but he got shoked aswell. -
