Bought my mom these for mother's day
I got next soon as she finishes -
I started reading the hunchback of notre dame last week.
? this book lol -
Found this PDF. Read this book when I was younger, but just recently reread it. Victor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning. Only 224 pages or something and is a great read. Frankl is famous for creating logotherapy. Logotherapy is a type of existential therapy that focuses on our search for meaning in our lives. He was also a Jew in ? Germany and there are a lot of parallels to be drawn between then and now in this book.

I take this back. I'm over halfway through (it was a struggle getting through the beginning) and it's kinda lit. -
Finished "How To Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie a few weeks ago. Put down "City Kid" and picked up "Millionaire Moves" by William F. Pickard. Probably start "Pay Checks and Play Checks" by Tom Hegna.
-
Also starting "It Takes A Village" by Dr. Boyce Watkins.

There's an app called 'OverDrive' and you can search up libraries and 'borrow' both audio/text books. It's limited to what's there, and you may have to 'hold' a book for future reading.. but check it out

Between the world and me -
This morning I downloaded the PDF for "Between the World and Me". The format is annoying me, but the words are there. Haven't started it yet, though, gonna start it tonight when I have a silent house.

Great book, should be mandatory to all young black adults.
Currently reading the Heart of Darkness, it's quite the chore right now. A very dense and descriptive book, the authors of the early 1900s were really something. -
Got these yesterday
