I rocks with this just swap Jay E and Chamillionaire for Rick Ross and Lil Wayne.
If Lil Wayne isn't on a list I can't take it seriously....
I can honestly say there is no way I would ever put Lil Wayne over Cham or Electronica. Cham is highly underrated imo -
