I know we've seen threads like this before, but it's always million dollar shacks in boujie white neighborhoods. Don't get me wrong, this is a nice house, on a relatively quiet block, I'll give it that, but gentrification is real. You can't be lower middle class out here unless you're section 8, rent control, cramming into ya granny's house, or living in the desert somewhere. Median household income in Inglewood is like 40k a year, smh something is not adding up. No wonder the black population gets smaller every year.

Southwest LA is being gentrified like crazy. My parents home over there is 800k because of the additions they made over the years. People have to remember this is SoCal, where rent at a decent spot with run you 2500-3000k easy. At the same time we make a lot more money than other places. Inglewood/Shaw type areas have big ass residential lots you don't find easy aorund LA, and it's great location-wise.

I was gonna move to Cali but then I saw how much EVERYTHING cost out there... ? THAT!!! If I went out there I would make like $40/hr and it wouldn't be close to enough.
