ok i have this huge problem you guys...of eating at night...i mean im not getting up and eating like a piece of bread but i will wake up at like 2 in the mornin and fry some chicken and wax...i think one of the fattest incidents was when i got up at 3'30 am and baked a cake i set the time and as soon as it went off i got up and waxed half the cake.. i dont know why but i eat soo much at night i for one always get up in the middle of the night becuase it is hard to sleep...yes i tried sleeping pills but i dnt really want to get into taking them like that,,,any adivce on how to fix this problem?

i mean i do stress sometimes..... but real talk i am really addicted to food i love to eat...eating is like the best thing to me i eat just to eat half the time i know it sounds greedy but its true i think i should be obese wit the way i eat..... -

if a person working out daily, it will happen. a lil snack aint gonna hurt nothing, if one is working out. burnin it off.
i sometimes grab a slice of cheese on the late night.
or a handful of chips.
or 2 cookies.
a lil fruit cup.
but real talk, the truffs. a cup of water will always (8 oz) cure those pangs. -

with me being into the whole "health thing" i pick up tips from here and there.
but downing some water will do it.
its boring. but it helps.
and im a person who juice fast. nothing but veggie juice. puree. i dont think imma do it any time soon because its HARD.
but it gets my weight down and gets my mind right. -
Try eating healthier types of stuff if you are going to eat. instead of fried chicken, how about a chicken salad, a sandwich, veggies...stuff like that.
I had a thing with candy so I bought some raisins and dried cranberries to snack on instead of candy. -
Start drinking more water. You'd be surprised, but water along with some decent fiber keeps you from pigging out.

I used to eat the majority of my daily calories at night too. I'd be really really good during the day, and in the evening, I would realize how hungry I am and smash. But when you start working out, it makes you not want to pig out because you don't want to feel like it was a waste. So maybe you should start working out (if you dont already).
