The Undertaker, his wife Michelle McCool, Paul Heyman and “Rowdy” Roddy Piper were in attendance at UFC 121: Lesnar vs. Velasquez last night. After Lesnar was knocked out by Cain Velasquez, he was walking through the crowd and had a confrontation with former WWE rival The Undertaker.

Taker was being interviewed by MMAFighting.com’s Ariel Helwani when Lesnar walked right by him. ‘The Dead Man’ asked Lesnar, “Do you want to do it?” The two men had a brief staredown but Brock kept walking without responding to Undertaker’s challenge. When asked about the brief exchange, Undertaker admitted that it was personal but wouldn’t go into specifics.

Later in the evening, UFC President Dana White responded to the confrontation and addressed rumors that WWE is pushing hard to have Brock Lesnar face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 27. Dana White denied knowing anything about Lesnar returning to WWE.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, WWE has already contacted Brock about wrestling at WrestleMania, but Lesnar’s current UFC deal does not allow him to wrestle for WWE.

anybody wanna see Brock in the WWE again???

on second thought anybody else thought that walk-by was staged. out of all the places in the arena to walk back to the locker room he chose to walk in front of Taker while being interviewed

That sounds like something TNA would do............sign someone to big bucks for one night then put them over their own talent (JWOWW/The Shore angle from last week). The WWE won't do that.

If they do go through with this rumor, they'll bring in Brock to do the program, have 'Taker beat him to continue his streak. And at the same time make Undertaker look good by beating the former UFC champion, and it makes UFC look like they're in bed with the WWE after they've said they want to distance themselves from pro wrestling and be a legit sport. Dana won't let that happen.

If they have Brock just come in to end the streak and then leave then that would be dumb on WWe's part and if Brock come back to just get jobbed out would be dumb on his part

MC Hammer’s Alchemist Management Signs Six, Including Filho

    by Mike Whitman (mwhitman@sherdog.com)

MC Hammer must be into buying in bulk.

The former Grammy winner’s MMA management company just signed six new clients to contracts. At the top of the list of fighters inked by Alchemist Management is former WEC middleweight king Paulo Filho.

The company has also signed Strikeforce competitors Eric Lawson and Virgil Zwicker, “TUF” alum Eliot Marshall, Pride Fighting Championships veterans Milton Vieira and Cristiano Marcello, and Grudge Training Center founder Trevor Wittman.

Once considered to be a top middleweight, Filho ran off 16 consecutive victories to start his career. Holding black belts in both Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo, Filho is a handful on the ground, earning half of his career wins by submission. In 2007, Filho won the vacant WEC middleweight title, defeating Canadian Joe Doerksen by armbar. He then faced current UFC 185-pound contender Chael Sonnen in a pair of contests in which Filho looked ragged and exhausted. In the first fight, Sonnen dominated Filho for nearly two rounds before getting caught in a Filho armbar and verbally submitting. The second bout, like the first, was to be for Filho’s title, but the Brazilian failed to make weight, demoting the contest to a non-title affair. It was all Sonnen the second time around, as he controlled Filho en route to a bittersweet unanimous decision victory.

The Brazilian has experienced a resurgence as of late, however, going 4-0-1 in the last year, most recently drawing with Canadian Dennis Kang at Impact FC 2 in Sydney, Australia.

The six fighters signed to the Alchemist banner join previously inked clients such as UFC competitors Stefan Struve, Nate Marquardt, Brendan Schaub and Vladimir Matyushenko. Alchemist Management also recently began producing MMA apparel.

Its been pretty apparent Brock was going to lose like this. His stand-up is ? , his defense is ? , his ground game is ? . The only thing he had going was his size, power, and wrestling ability. Carwin exposed his chin and Cain destroyed it. They will have a rematch where I see Brock going for takedowns and gets into round 2 or 3, but Cain will probably but the hands back on him.

LOL at Hammer being in the background

Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 27?? Probably won't happen, although UFC loves to get interviews with Pro Wrestlers or Former Pro Wrestlers about how much they love UFC, etc...

    Conspiracy Theorist tickle me............

now there may be a blossoming rumor that Brock's mandatory medical suspension (180 days) has something to do with him being allowed to participate at WrestleMania since the event is within the 180 day window.

People try to find reasons behind everything. If Brock heals in 3 months, a doctor will allow him to fight again, not just after the 180 is up. Plus, Dana White already denounced Brock participating in a match at 'Mania, so it's not going to happen.
