How many time a week do you workout and what workouts do you do?

weights and cardio
I have elliptical in my house.
1000 to 700 calories in a hour or 45mins in my usual goal......sometimes 500 in 30mins for "quick" workout.
hi the gym on Mons (chest and back) Weds. (arms and shoudlers)
hate working legs.......But I really have no set schedule...... -
3 times a week...I do cardio and weights....

switching up like should make an awesome workout. the free weights will workout one part of of the muscle while the bowflex works another part. you should see some good results by doing that every other week.
Hell yeah, I love doing that. Then the elliptical glider at the end of the workout adds to it. -
cool does the cables have to be "broken in" cuz I heard them ? is a ? when you first cop the bowflex
Now, that, I'm not sure. My mom put the Bowflex together. -
i been slackin lately, i work out about 3times a week now..use to do it every other day or go joggin...i got too comfortable lol

I go to the gym and play some ball to get my cardio
lift some weights, work on my abs with an ab machine -
Today was the 4th straight day I worked out! I lifted weights and got on the elliptical glider today and Monday; worked on the Bowflex, free weights and elliptical glider Sunday and yesterday.

i went hard for a whole week at the beginning of the month and haven't been back since after my trip from texas next week, im going to get a personal trainer

i do 3 20 sets of curls of 40's and atleast 50 push ups a day and i try to squeeze in 3 rounds of hittin the bag daily too ...not runnin this season

5 times a week.
I walk a lot, I try to walk to University as my Uni is at the top of a hill.
I also have one of those cross trainer machines so i work out while i'm watching tv in my room lol.
Squats and lunges everyday and I use tiny weights. -
Man I been off and on with my exercise routine. I just started back last week so I can get back to working out on a consistent basis but, I had to take a 2 day break b/c I pulled a muscle in my back and that ? hurt like hell.
When I workout I do situps, curls, & and I workout on the gazelle in my basement. I'm start doing this 5 days a week and I also have that Iron Gym that was advertised on tv -
i just chose not to eat

squats, bench(normal, incline, and decline),leg extensions, calf raises, etc...
