    Complex carbs only.
Fish, no salmon. And max 2 times a week.
    Lean meats. Limit red meats.
Dark leafy vegetables till your sick.
    Dont overindulge in starchy vegetables.
    Dont eat after 7.
    No pop
No fake-sugar. If you're going to have it, give your body the real thing
Eat a salad before every meal except breakfast.
Try to switch to two egg whites for every egg yolk.

Whats wrong with salmon? and fake sugar?
I use organic sugar but thats simply by choice...i still use the fake stuff occasionally

    There you go.
Do you know much fat is in beer?
That will keep the weight on until you cut alcohol completely out of your diet for a while. Even then, while every once in a while can be harmless, daily or even weekly on a consistent basis can still give you that nice little beer belly.

There are foods that actual contribute to weight less and curb your hunger.
Start with fresh fruits in the morning.
Grapefruits are the greatest as they naturally decrease appetite.
Eat a lot of veggies but reduce your intake of corn and bananas which are very high in fat.
Fruits have natural sugars so consume these during the first part of your day and leave more of the veggies for the evening.
Grapes are very high in sugar so you shouldn't fill up on them often.

Fish is great for your heart, skin, it gives you protein and iron.
Salmon and tuna are really high in essential fatty acids.

It is not just about weight loss, diets do not work in the long term, the results are temporary.
It is about a lifestyle change.

If you fast to lose weight, you will get the results but they will not last.
Without weight training, your muscles have no memory. Without muscle memory the moment you go back to your normal diet, the weight will automatically be distributed into your fat prone areas rather than being burned because you haven't built anything, you've only deprived yourself.
As a result of deprivation of food and a lack of exercise your body takes the nutrients from the food but because your body is now confused considering you have starved it, all the food you now consume is being taken on as necessary rather than just the nutrients alone. Your body overcompensates. That is why it is so easy to gain back any weight lost right after.

coming from a person who lost a lot of weight.
What I would personally suggest is the atkin's lifestyle change.
    High protein low carbs.
Count how much calories youre intaking daily and cut it to at least 2500-2000.

You can google the atkin's diet or I can PM you the atkin's lifestyle change.
You will have to be willing and ready to change your life because diets do not last at all.

i started doing this last week...

breakfast - cereal and fruit or an omelette and applesauce, a lil oj
    morning snack - fruit
lunch - tuna and wheat crackers or salad and grilled chicken
    snack -yogurt or fruit
dinner - fish, chicken, or turkey and veggies...a half of baked sweet potato occassionaly
