:(:(In the past 3 months I've been sick twice when I've only been sick (seriously) like 3-4 times in the last 8 years previously.
I just don't ? ' get sick. Sometimes I feel myself gettin' a cold or a fever or somethin' and the ? just goes away after like 9 hours. But this is one of like 2 times in the last 3-4 years I can think of that lasted longer than a day. Feels ? ' awful yo. I had a gig yesterday and damn near gave ? small pox with the way I was coughin' before I hit the stage. Smh.
Anybody got some quick homemade remedies to get a ? back on track?

Meh, it's been so long since I needed meds to get over some ? I don't even know what the ? is wrong wit me. My throat feels dry as ? even tho I'm downing water by the gallon and it burns like a muhfucka when I swallow nh. It ain't strep throat tho. I don't think it's a food allergy either.

You havent gone to the doctor yet, sweetie? Try Zinc tablets..this stuff called Zicam helped when I was getting sick, but you prob should go ahead to the doctor. -

I'm a man. Every time I've come down with something, even something as ? as this, I deal with it and it just goes away in less than a day. This is one of the first times in years it's lasted more than a day. I been dealin' with this ? for a week now almost. If I can breathe, walk and eat on my own volition (in that order) I don't need a doctor. But I need to find a way to get rid of this ? . I ain't tryin' to get my students sick. -

..okay. Thanks for the explanation? Like I said Zinc tablets helped me. Feel better. -
Vitamin C pills...pop 2 every 2 hours. Golden Seal/Echinacea is what I take when I feel something coming on and it stops it in it's tracks...but it's too late for that for you. So, Vitamin C, theraflu if u can get some and lots of fluids and sleep
