Twinkle, Twinkle little stars on my journey afar.
Through the night and the lights to the strum of guitars.
Feeling out my atmosphere, untouched by gravity.
Tonight the universe is vice. All indulge indeed.

We digging down to our roots in the middle of the street.
Bare foot and sweating out all the woes of the week.
A sea of flesh in rhythm, Bongo’s carry the beat.
Jungle drums in our trunks, waking the dead from their sleep.

Colored by the moon in the purest of blue.
No longer black, no longer white, it’s just the night and you.
This sensation of our heart beat as it’s taken away, for the bass is our pulse.
Dance your life away.

Blame it on the alcohol for removing the pause.
And removing all the walls inhibition would cause.
When we don’t know how to dance, so we freestyle with our hands.
Let our foot steps take a chance and get lost in the trance.

Out of control, feeling bold, dove into the rabbit hole.
Found Wonderland and Alice was a fool to go home.
The passion is so primal. This feelings a force of nature.
These melodies feed desires, while forcing us out our nature.

This place not bound by space and time. Controlled by drums and rhymes.
A reprieve that breaks these binds. Unwind and loose your mind.
Any star can shine in the night sublime, simply cross the line.
You’ll feel your joy refined.

A small slice of Eden, this has to be a memento.
A moment of wine and song, congregated by the tempo.
Cause if He can call the stars home then it seems to me,
with Rick James and MJ and now Teena Marie,
If there’s a party, then Heaven must be the place to be.
Dancing to the songs of memory the stars did leave.
