I know, right? R Kelly is one of the lowest of the low life. But at this point people are supplying him with the young girls, he's not snatching them out of dark alleys. The parents are to blame now.

Kellz is a scumbag but he didn't force them to do anything, it's funny how at 16 you're old enough to drive a car but not old enough to say yes or no.
