"So what we plan to do is to build ahead and have a stock of Falcon 9 and Dragon vehicles, so that customers can be comfortable if they want to use the old rocket, the old spacecraft - they can do that because we'll have a bunch in stock.
"But all of our resources will then turn to building BFR."
Also he's planning to take people to mars by 2024

but at what risk?
the further away from earth you are...the more radiation you exposed to.
you can only move that fast outside the earths orbit. -
That ? will probably be prohibitively expensive for a long time. Regular flying isn't cheap, so this ? would be ludicrous.
