They have terrorists threats which you can be charged with without being tied to a terror/polotical organization so why can't you be called a terrorist when you do something like this

Devin Patrick Kelley attended a fall festival at the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs five days before he killed 26 people inside the church and wounded 20 others, the San Antonio Express-News reported Tuesday.
A friend of Kelly's mother-in-law told the paper that Kelley attended the festival with his children, adding that people who saw him there took it as a sign of progress.

my brother is a non aggravated convicted felon and was denied purchasing firearms.
he goes to Academy to buy some guns for his protection which was dumb but he would rather have than not have.
the FBI and the ATF put him under watch like he was some kind of terrorist then one night they raid his house like he was planning a mass murder all because of 2 guns and gave him 2 years in prison while this CAC was getting passes after passes and no law enforcement group stepped in to prevent this tragedy. Im telling yall they want us under their thumb at all times while they are free to ? up and still get slaps on the wrist -
yeah, i'm willing to consider the ? -up regarding the background check to be more "bureaucratic foul-up" than "white privilege" ... but the incredibly lenient sentencing that he got again and again and again? definitely nice to be white sometimes.man this is white privilege at its finest.
