Skinny guys who Are Trying To gain weight Should Try a Methionine Restricted Diet

I decided a month or so ago to start a Methione Restricted diet (In my case limiting meat and eggs) to see if it would help me gain so weight and it's actually working. It's really kind of amazing since I'm on a fasting program (black Roots Science) where I only eat once a day.

I would only recommend this diet for people with a high metabolism and who have a hard time gaining weight. Methionine is an essential amino acid and it would be detrimental if you completely eliminate it from your diet.

I'm mostly vegan. I ate only vegetables and grains that's on the low scale of foods high in Methionine diet such as Lentils, coconut flour, Mas flour to make tortillas burritos, cabbage, greens, fruits etc...
Now I'm trying to only juice my vegetables since I just recently learned that vegetables cannot be digested by your body and can stay and rot in your colon for a couple of months. when meat and vegetables rot they create a toxic gas that can actually be used to make a bomb.

Teenagers/young adults need a lot of micronutrients so I would proceed with caution.
