Favourite from a production standpoint, so it doesn't necessarily have to be your favourite Kanye song.
I gotta go with Jesus Walks. Maybe throw Dreams by Game in there as well.
Here's a list of his production credits... I've been feeling his work lately so I'm going back and listening to some of his stuff that I may have missed.

Too tough to choose. I don't have time to listen to a hundred tracks right now lol.
I will say that he did wonders for these 2 albums and he needs to get with them again:

Looking over that list again and I see so many more of my favorite kanye-produced tracks.

I think he'll be considered the best thing to come out of the 2000-2010 decade when all is said and done. He started pre-2000 but it was Jay's Dynasty album in 2000 that really gave him his push.
Not the best rapper and probably not the best producer but he's definitely the most dangerous double-edged sword in the game today. He'll ? you on the beats or with a pen and paper. -

The takeover

The takeoverKanye hardly "produced" anything for Takeover. He pretty much took The Doors song as is.
