Yea i hate leg day. I usually match it up with back so I got sometting else to work on. Gotta do it though

Hate leg day as well but I built up alot of strenght doing water exercise in the pool and beach growing up...I still do the pool exercises though....play alot of baseball and basketball so defensive slides suicides and leaps increases my explosiveness speed and hops alot...plus builds cardio faster in water also
