How much do you bench?

I'm usually starting off on the incline bench doing 4 slow sets of 175-185, 7 to 10 reps and doing the same on flat probably reaching at max up to 195 but I never go heavier than that and my chest seems to grow the most from just going light with that. The next week, I'll do incline and flat with the dumbells usually using 80-85 pound weights and doing 4 sets of 7-10 but I never do decline cause it seems to make me grow man ? rather than tightening it up so I hit flies and dips. I weight 175 mostly solid and cut so is that a good enough weight? How much do y'all bench on chest day and what are your strategies and please no ? ass youtube chest vids of you (Dreadbwoy). I'm just researching routines.

I probably max out @ 2 plates (225) sMH I know that's the NFL combine bench test weight. They throw it up 35 times sMH.

Honestly, I don't know; never maxed out before. I only have 210 lbs at the house, but I can bench more than that.

That's why you never clip the ends. I used to bench alone too but I never did anything too far out of the realm of possibilty. If I was barely repping 225, 5 times I wouldn't decide to go for 300 one day. Once that ? got too heavy I just tipped the bars, it's loud, and does hell to the floor if you don't have a mat under the bench but it works. Though I have to say ever since I started working out in gyms I have rarely tried to max out on the bench, just fear of embarrasement I guess. -

the bolded is the best advice ever for anybody who works out alone
I learned that ? the hard way one day when I was 16
also, most benches should at least have those two little safety hooks you can try to put the bar on if you all of a sudden reach muscle failure -
Yea I never go for muscle failure cause I train alone. I know my limits.

start bench= 315 20 times, 2 sets
max bench = 425
start incline= 225 50 times 1st set, 35 times 2nd set
max incline like 350
max reverse incline= haven't reached it yet
start reverse incline=315 like 10 times 2 sets. -
Just started again, I pushing a pretzel rod with two fruit loops on the end of it.
