Word...I responded to that yesterday but -_- @ posts being moderated. ANYHOO....
Went to the gym from 7-8-
treadmill/30min eliptical/15 mins
breakfast-egg whites/onion/pepper/spinach
lunch - chopped salad/oil & vinegar
dinner - ? I think imma have some soup tho
Yoga- 30 minutes tonight and 30 minute strength training

Phew! Almost forgot to update this thing from yesterday....
Tried to drive to the gym at 6:30 and there was maddd traffic sooo

egg white omelet/grits
cobb salad / no bacon or chicken
sauteed scallops/spinach/baked potato

anyway so i ate a bunch of ? this wknd. i dont even know.....i cant remember. i didnt exercise at all though, I know that much.

IDK what i'll be eating for lunch. Imma workout tomorrow night (school all night tonight/tomorrow) just a lil bit and pick back up on my morning routine on thursday. im just posting here right now to stay consistent and remind myself to post my damn meals by the end of today
