Drake's back and Naughty Dog's talking about what comes next.

Yes, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves – Game of the Year Edition is coming out October 12, 2010 and giving you a voucher for a whole bunch of downloadable content.
The cost? A simple $49.99.
Just what's included in the super-sweet Blu-ray package? Well…
* PlayStation Heroes Skin Pack
* Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Multiplayer Pack
* Uncharted 2 Siege Expansion Pack
* Currency Multiplier (grants Double XP up to level 10)
* Golden Guns for Multiplayer
* Early access to "Revenge" Booster
* Uncharted: Eye of Indra - Motion Comic Bundle
* Uncharted: Eye of Indra Character Skins
* Uncharted 2: Among Thieves - Avatar Pack 1
* Uncharted 2: Among Thieves - Avatar Pack 2
* Uncharted Avatar Pack 3
* Uncharted Avatar Pack 4
* Pinball Heroes: Uncharted Table for the PSP
The Game of the Year pack is really just the first step in celebrating Uncharted 2's first birthday. Naughty Dog also announced today that players can hop online on October 16, 2010 and join in on some birthday plans. For that day, developers will be playing fans in brand new game types cooked up in "The Lab," the testing facility for Uncharted multiplayer. Naughty Dog's been offering Lab matches for a while, and that's only fueled fan speculation that the Lab is really just building out Uncharted 3 – an assumption that Naughty Dog Multiplayer Designer Justin Richmond and Co-President Evan Wells don't seem to mind.
"Whether it's the next game or whatever, we want to know if [our ideas] are interesting or not," Richmond told IGN. "We can play it internally all we want, but that's still only 100 people."
"Eventually we may be able to update the current playlist if we strike on something that has really resonated well with the community," Wells added.
No matter what the Lab is being used for, Uncharted 2 still has a dedicated multiplayer following – and Sony has the stats to back it up. In its first year, more than $6 trillion has been earned in in-game Uncharted 2 cash, more than 125 million matches have been played, and about 10,500 man years have been spent online. There has been more than 5 billion kills, 190 million headshots and 3 billion medals awarded.
"Frankly, I was shocked that we did so well so early –that we managed to pull players away from very, very strong multiplayer titles that came out against us like Modern Warfare and stuff," Richmond said. "I was ecstatic that people stuck with it."
Look for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves -- Game of the Year Edition on October 12th.

They should actually advertise it this time around.

I stopped playing the multiplayer because they made too many drastic changes. It felt more like an ongoing Beta after a while.

they need to kick that ? off tv.
i mean you pay for a 30 second commercial, with the logos and Kevin Butler, the actualy gameplay only gets shown for like 7 seconds. The rest is this corny Will Ferrell wannabe talking.
same thing with ? Of War 3. Theres like 5 seconds of gameplay shown and 25 seconds of garbage.
