what are the breathing techniques ? . share.
Yea its pretty much Qi-Gong but while ur ? .There are visualizations u can do that als help u achieve results. Start off by breathing az slow and deep into ur gut as possible (make sure u breath to ur gut tho cuz if u dont hold the air in correctly u can hurt yourself), let ur gut expand and what happens iz ur gut will digest the chi and distribute it to ur entire body. Let ur gut expand but concentrate on lettin the chi flo to ur PC muscle and let the pc muscle expand then when you reach max lung capacity i say hold the breath for like 3 secondz, flex and exhale while ur flexing. ? a ? pump. Also u can 1) Deep inhale 2) Flex 3)Stretch while holding breath 4) Exhale and repeat. If u wanna get Ninja u can thro up signz while inhaling hmhmhmmm

Wow dog no wonder u cant get hard u dunno whatcha pc muscle iz damn. Thats the muscle u use to control ur ? , u gotta start wit basics like when u ? u gotta flex that muscle and completely stop the flow of ? , let the ? go, then flex and stop the ? again.

Damn cuz u made me want to make a thread just for ? yoga and dem closed it.
U get ur thumb and index and make an ok sign, and u wrap ur thumb and index around the base of the ? then u flex the pc and stretch sort of like milking. Wrap a hot damp towel around ur member to loosen it up first, and follow the instructions for the breathing technique u can apply dat to da stretch. The stretch iz called Jelqing. -
