Best website for stock trading??

By best I mean most inexpensive... lol.. I need to know because I need to BUY tomorrow. I know about etrade and scotttrade but what are the actual terms? And what other sites are out there??

I use folioinvesting.com they are relatively inexpensive at 4 buck a trade per security or you can just pay 30 a month/290 a year and trade as much as you want......going to your bank is an option though not always a an economical one.
