some people be like its cooning or whatever but to tell you the truth thats the only time "our" people gave each other real acting jobs. and you cant front, most of the films were good. the ? who sat by the door, 3 the hard way, shaft, the mack, and a slew of others. i dont see why more negros dont make movies like this now. im tryin to tell yall if im ever afforded the money im going to bring back blaxploitation films and tv shows(i got a couple im writing right now). so whats yall opinion on the matter and what are some of your favs? and also would you watch these types of films today.

"This is the end of your rotten life, you ? ' dope pusher!"
Sick film -
The thing is most blaxpoitation movies went over a lot of peoples heads, they never dug the storyline. I lot of them dug with social, racial, class and sex issues. Like Superfly, The Mack and Willie Dynamite. Yeah they were players and drug dealers but at the end of the day the morals kicked in and they saw what they were doing was wrong and tried to rectify it, but that part never gets' talked about in film. And yeah it gave a lot of black actors jobs that other studios were not given them. Man some of them movies was deep, anybody ever seen "Drum" ? was deep man, real deep
