Im 6ft, slim athletic build. my ? is right, except my abs aint got that king leonidus rip to em that i desire.

hanging windmills and ? . medicine ball ? . chinese pushups and ? . Plus heavy lifting in other areas like squats will build alot of core strength. I'm not shredded by any means but I do okay.

Abs are made in the kitchen..
Get your cardio up, Crunches,try the the ab wheel also. you dont need to do a bunch of elaborate ? to get results.. -
One thing that really gets definition in that core area is to mix in some running...try 3 miles on the treadmill every other day for about 2 weeks in conjunction w/ your ab workout...
Also, yes, like dude above me said, that pilates ball is key...make that muthafucka ya best friend... -

yesterday we did 50 crunches, 30 knee lifts, and 30 of these things were like she'll lay down, raise her legs, and i push them in diff directions.
her abs are getting cut, ? jealous. lol -
Add cold water to anything you do.
That greatly assists in burning fat and turning it into muscle and getting cut.
I heard that drinking COLD, not room temperature, but ice cold water along with your meal helps metabolize fats, sugars and so forth.
Also, make sure you don't have a Vitamin B12 deficiency which assists with the breaking down of all those things. -

When you are just sitting around doing nothing at all, be it TV or in the office, sit up straight and flex your muscles, hold and release. This doesn't seem effective but it really actually is over time. -

Same here I forget sometimes so it's every now and then, not every moment I am sitting. When I worked in an office I would do them at our Monday morning meetings, lol. It's really no different than kegal exercises for women, just a different target area but consistency is definitely key. -

Since we're talking about the physical she did have nice abs, I'll give you that, until she decided to get all "White Hollywood" and lose weight.
But there are a million other women who have just as nice if not nicer abs... especially bodies overall.

Dieting and running.
Ab workouts are good but I learned that the best and quickest way is to make cardio your bestfriend.
You can also try and use a fat burner if desire more extreme results. -
I got a 6 pack. It aint all that but it's there.
Go swimming. It will work every muscle u have and its fun. Keeps u cool when u sweat so u can do it for longer. -
burn fat....u probably arent as slim as u thk....when u get around 10% and below..ur abs will show

Who does a strenuous routine though? Ab ripper X ain't ? because I've done it so much. I need something I can do at home with limited space. Suggestions?

Just like dude said, no matter how many crunches and twists you do, your not going to see nothing unless your diet is on point. Master the diet first.

All these fancy crunches are great but you don't need all that ? .
When I went on my cut diet all I did was cut out the junk food and did cardio workouts.
