maybe you've never heard of the Ford Festiva SHOgun?
Ford Festiva with a Taurus SHO engine shoehorned in the rear of the car where the rear seats would normally be.
Of course, the one pictured here belonged to Jay Leno, he added NOS to it.
I've seen Chevy Beretta's converted to RWD with 350 V8's under the hood as well and quite a few of these:
Ford Pinto's with a V8 conversion.
The idea is not so far fetched as it may seem, but the price it the only thing that makes me think it's a fake. -

I woulda figured they would have done a SHOgun-esque conversion. Clear out the rear of the car and give it a RWD conversion. That's the only way it could work.
