Spinoff: What did you have for lunch and/or dinner?

Since losing weight and fitness is nt capable without good eating habits all day, this thread is dedicated to you eating right all the time.
Same premise as the original breakfast joint, but lets spill those guts about what you aint after breakfast.

I ate a vegetable and link sausage soup that was made with a tomato base for lunch.
I had a baked fish salad for lunch but I ate it too late in the day. Around 8pm. I need to eat early than that but hey I got alot going on.

Lunch: I had a Tuna and Baby Greens salad with some avocado, cucumber, bell peppers, a bit of cheese diced in.
Dinner: I cooked up some Pollo Guisado con Arroz y Habicuelas y Vegetales (Stewed Chicken, Brown rice and beans and some sauteed vegetables.) -
yesterday: fruit for breakfast, baked chicken and green beans for lunch, turkey and egg on an english muffin for dinner
today: i really want a burrito for lunch having the rest of the baked chicken with some veggies for dinner tonight -
chicken queso burrito from qdoba for lunch i didn't eat all of it though lol

a subway sandwich my wifey brought home think it was a BMT or something

Yesterday I had Fajitas from applebees for lunch
My dinner was worst I had sweet potatoe cobbler. I was still full from the fajitas! -
slightly fell off last week cuz i had company but im back on my eating right stuff though
i had baked chicken wings and green beans for lunch...got goat stew for dinner
most likely i'll be having that tomorrow too -

I had some Jamaican brown stew chicken last night don't know what Imma do tonight because I already od'd on it
I could go for seafood tonight
I'm chickened out -
Lunch: 2 hot dogs,chips and water
Dinner:BBQ chicken,? rice,veggies and water -
Lunch: Turkey Club Sandwich
Dinner: Salad -
Beer........

For dinner I made a Baked Garlic smothered Chicken with rice and peas and tostones and cucumbers.

For lunch today I am going to have some red beans no rice! Dinner IDK! May have to cook something!

lunch: collards greens, field peas, and okra with tomatoes
lunch yesterday: Turkey burger from Hardees with fries and a Coke zero. I will call that my cheat day!
