i jus looked up that he last played in the UFL
and before that he was cut to make room for Gradkowski & Jamarcus
i never saw him as a bad QB.
actually the last i remember him is making the Buccs a decent team and leading the Eagles to the playoffs with a damn good TD-INT ratio
what the hell was on his scout report that got him bounced from the league???

T/S has a point. Jeff Garcia was well above average when he had to step up and fill in. He at least deserves to compete in places like Oakland / Carolina / Miami / San Fran where the QB situation is questionable.

Garcia is better than 90% of the QBs in the league right now.49ers should get him back.He would easily make them or the Dolphins a 9-7 team for a few seasons.

if dude is ? then i doubt he would get blackballed from the league for that cause they always rumor that there is plenty ? players,so if one was being punished i would think the rest of them would stand up and say/do something about it.

he was really good in his prime..... good game manager made the big plays when needed...he got a latter start eventually he just got old....but i use to ? bamas in madden 03 with him and TO

Garcia sucked, and lost his confidence I think. He would have open men, but instead of pullin the trigger, he'd second guess himself then decide to throw it. That led to a lot of late passes and INT. He just ended up doin short underneath passes. It's stressful watcihn 3 completions and not gettin 10 yards for a 1st down. I was ready to see his ass go.
But when that's how you play and refuse to take a back up role, where are you gonna go? He'd be a solid back up but refuses to do that. -

if you say that being a dump off/check down/ ? & donk passer is what led to his demise then that ? crazy. chad pennington still got offered a starting spot and he has what some would call, the weakest arm in the league. i watch the dolphins week in and week out,
i know about long ass drives that consist of quick passes to the tight end,hoping to just get in field goal range.

But really doe, he should be on a roster SOMEWHERE. There's a bunch of ? ass QB's in the NFL backing up and starting so it has to be something else other than football that's keeping him from gettin' a run. Last time I saw him play (in Philly), dude did pretty decent.
