Been gone for alil while...and after reading most of the threads that are on here, I have to say another way to reach your goals

If anybody is trying to get into the kettlebell movement...the best person to learn your stuff from is Pavel Tsuotline (spell check on last name)

Yo Millions I copped that 4 Hour Body book not too long ago and it's some good stuff in there....most stuff I knew already but when it comes to binging I will try the techniques he used to reduce fat gain
