To get super strong as ? ....do alot...and ALOT of pushups
And suspend a pullup bar on CHAINS (realest exercise I ever did, its all about body control)
I dont even bench press because push ups and dips works your chest better anyway
(I benched 315 a solid 5 reps, been four months before the last time I layed under the bench)
P.s....I do 400 pushups under 20 minutes....every 3 days

Yessir! I haven't done bench press since last December, but that's only because I need a new weight bench; even when I was doing them, I was always doing push-ups. I start off with 100 regular push-ups, followed by 50 knuckle and 50 diamond push-ups. The past couple days, I've even been doing spiderman and superman push-ups.

Yo, I was working with a trainer and he had me doing the spiderman ? on a half rubber ball.......maaaaaan. -

400 in 20 minutes is not to hard when you look at the number its like damn thats alot.... 8 sets of 50.. simple as that.. Not that im doin 400 though i keep it 100

It's murder fam.........I was leakin' sweat after that.....it was one of the tougher exercises he had me do lol.
