They got it for the low-low.
I take one scoop in water with a piece of fruit and hour and a half before my work out.
another scoop in water with a banana immediately following my work out.
If I can't get a meal in, I have a two-scoop protein shake with an apple or some other fruit.
Also, buy some cottage cheese and eat it before you go to bed. I tend to either do cottage cheese or string cheese. And a ? ton of water. And possibly a multivitamin(w/o iron if you're eating red meat, since I try to avoid it I take one with iron). Fish oil and flax seed oil b/c you're putting a lot of stress on your joints so you gotta keep 'em moist that kinda tied in with the water. -

Good advice bruh. I'm not doin any power lifting right now, but I'm doing a lot of conditioning and core type stuff. Banging sledge hammers against tractor tires, box jumps, throwing a punching ? , ? likee that. I always consume some kind of protien right after and I'm the biggest I've ever been.

I love ON's 100% whey protein. Been using it for just over a year and I know others who have been using it for longer and I have never heard any complaints about it.

Actually no i don't, I was just saying how I feel about it. I could of easily said the same thing about a million other whey proteins out there. You can't deny the fact that it is good stuff. Again just saying.
