I've never tried to see how many pushups I could do nonstop for real. I'll throw in 10-15 in the middle of a chest workout of I feel like it.
And pull us, are we talking close grip or wide grip? The wide grip joints work the ? outta my lats and I can usually grab about 15 of those during a back work out. -

That's great if your max is higher than mine. That doesn't make me jealous, that inspires a ? . My best friend's max is 375, I'm not stopping until I catch up. -
speaking on weights i just got 270 up today.
but i workout with 225
I was happy to get 270 since i weighed in at 168 on the scale today.? i crashed when i tried to put 285 on it
maybe i'll take some over the counter roids to catch up

I think the key to mass and strength gains is variation. My routine changes every 4-8 weeks depending on how much I like it. I just changed my ? this week to a upper-lower body split. Hitting everything twice a week. First workout of the week is for strength, high ass weights and reps between 6-8, those are freeweights. Then second day I do stuff like the ISO-lateral bench press and ? , lower weights higher reps between 8 and 10. Except shoulders, shoulders are the opposite, I do the iso-military press on the first day and free weights for strength on the second day cuz I just didn't see how I could feasibly do a chest and shoulder workout for the same intensity on the same day, I was afraid about my shoulder giving out.
Switch ya ? up fam, and your body will have to adjust super quick. -

Being able to outlift a ? dont always make you stronger -
all that muscle mass and 9 times outta ten ? jaws is still glass

I might have reached my goal of 400 on the bench
but I've been taking it easy since I have to do physical therapy for my shoulder

My pops was a big lifter in college (played football), ? up his shoulder. Then add 20 years in the army and that ? getting 100% disability from the VA, 75% from his shoulder. -

I was airborne, used to jump outta planes
did a mass tact at night as a liasion with the 82nd
fell into a tree and dislocated my hip and my shoulder and broke 2 fingers and 3 toes
fun experience once the drugs wore off haha
