His album banging wesr coast is a classic but again its not about rocking tight jeans and being metrosexual like these mainstream rappers.

Soopafly always been underrated.
I follow producers because I love music, I would buy the cd's and look in the liner notes to see who produce the song. -
iv been a fan of soopafly since 1999.i got dat woopty woop album when it was 1st released n it still gets played in my car all these years later. hes like a mix between warren g and kurupt and and is underrated as a producer

Why everybody say "this beat hard" or " this beat crazy"? No diss, but artist need to make the song, not let the beat outshine them..Dynamo never met a beat that could ? wit him

Well I'm not going to downplay the beat just because it's cliche to point out that the beat is "hard". I agree though that too many artist get ahead in the game with the strength of there beat selections and not their lyrics. Someone like Soopafly is able to do both though which seperates himself from the majority of artist and even though he doesn't get much attention outside of California. I consider him one of the greats in Hip Hop. He's kind of like DJ Quik who puts out classic material mixed in with some good quality music. Bangin West Coast is one of the best albums to come out of the West Coast in the past few years.

Soopafly is always sick. Priest is the man.

I do the same thing bruh, that's one of the reasons I consider myself a real head. Whenever I buy an album I'll read the cd booklet front to cover. I'll play a track and read who produced it. Shiddd at one point in time I was able to tell who produced a song within like 10 sec of hearing it, even who directed the vids. But that was when rap was distinguishable and didn't all sound like techo 98 -2006 -
