Getting motivated to workout ain't easy. It's always something coming up or you just don't be in the mood. -
I run MWF and do Muscle Failure Tuesday and Thursday.

3. Madcows 5x5 plan. All compound lifts, does the trick. I sometimes hit the heavy bag on the weekends but not lately because I'm bulking up.
Squats, Bench Press, Bent over rows- mondays
Squats, Standing barbell military press, deadlifts-wednesdays
Squats, Bench Press, Bent over rows-fridays

I usually work out at least 5-6 days a week. My workout routing varies though. Right now I just hit 1 muscle group a day.
monday-Back
Tue-Shoulders
Wed-Legs
Thur-Chest
Fri-Arms
Sat-Circuit
And I do cardio after I lift for 30-45 minutes. I've been on this routine for a couple months now, so I am going to switch it up soon. I'll probably hit a major muscle and secondary muscle daily with my new routine or I might get on the 5x5 routine. -
I use my local playground to do pull ups, dips, sprints, ab ripper x, etc. That's all I need to get ripped.

I don't recommend doing dead lifts on back to back days. Are pulling heavy weight? I know when I do deads, I need at least a couple days before I can do them again. Your going to eventually strain your back if you do deads on back to back days. You need at least 48-72 hours of recovery brother. -
6x a week, 1/2 run ever other day.

I would fire your trainer then. You don't allow yourself rest. Seriously, after a heavy chest day with exercises that tax your shoulders (ie incline presses) and then the very next day you're working your shoulders again, that's just poor planning. It's also unnecessary to do some of the things your doing. Lol, 3 bicep exercises, cmon really? Your biceps don't need that much work to grow. You'd grow more doing chinups and bent over rows (which both work your back and biceps). -

Props on that; I'll have to remember that. I dead lift 210 lbs- 2 sets of 10.
