sennheisers have ? bass compared to the beats

See the thing about audio quality is, if you have overpowering bass that drowns out the mids and the treble, then the bass quality is ? .

    Accurate bass>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>? bass

I just talked my partna out of buying some whats the point of buying hi-quality headphones when most cats listen to low quality music they stole off the net. If you have stuff in CD quality then maybe, but anything else I don't think its gonna matter.

true...but then again you're stupid if you download anything and don't check the quality after it's done.

I swear every man and their mum these days are wearing these Beats headphones. They're basically Head Candy headphones all over again, i.e overpriced, poorly constructed fashion accessories with ? sound quality. If you want good quality headphones then buy some Sennheiser HD25's or ? off.

Edit: Actually, I take the '? off' comment back, that was a bit strong and uncalled for, but you get my point.

Lol I have the Sennheiser HD 650's. You speak the truth :tu
    Overpriced? Maybe.

    Poorly constructed?
    GTFOHWTBSB!

They've got a fault with the headband, he isn't lying.

Sennheisers, at least the ones you mentioned
can't reproduce the same bass frequencies that the beats can

sennheiser makes a pair of like 30,000 dollar headphones

    not sure how those sound

The 650s outshine the Beats in everything apart from base, but then most people say that the sound on the beats are OTT… depends on what you're looking for...

It's no way in hell I'm spending $200+ for some headphones that has Dr.Dre's name on them ? that. I'm like the guys that posted earlier if you not in the music business what you need them for? Not only that but since Dre dropped his joints every other artists wants to drop their own brand of headphones from Luda to 50.

A quick frequency response graph shows otherwise.

In fact, it shows the exact opposite:

I got earplugs that I regularly keep in my computer but every year it seems like one the speakers in them goes dead after so much wear and tear from the sound and different volumes I use them at. I think I will invest in some headphones but check a couple of sites before I buy any though. I was thinking about picking up some headphones from Sony though.
