i've never seen forrest gump. is it supposed to be a comedy? cuz it doesn't sound like it from the posts. anyway, is it worth watching?
That movie is easily one of the most talked about movies of the 90s. Seventeen years later, I don't know how any adult that hasn't lived under a rock doesn't know what Forest Gump is about. -

1. By saddling Forrest with a kid that was not his, she just stole at least half of his millions.
2. Jenny plotted against Forrest by coming to town, ? him when already pregnant
and have him spend his time taking care of her dying, aids riddled body. That ? was not spontaneous breh.

I wonder if Jenny told Forrest that was his kid because she knew he was rich and he would take care of him. I wonder if she even really knows who the father of her child really is.

Jenny had ? because she didn't know what it was that the doctors didn't have a name for. If she had cancer, then she would have said she had cancer. Forrest's feeble mind just saw any sickness that causes sickness and death as cancer, since his mother died of cancer. Other than a gun shot, that was probably Forrest's experiences with death (Bubba, past presidents, and senators - gunshot, Mama Gump - cancer).
Jenny knew she was pregnant and had an unknown disease before she made that trip back to Forrest. That's why she slept with him to make his feeble mind believe that young Forrest was his years later. That's why she named him Forrest, so it's the icing on the cake to make him believe that the boy was his son. She was dying and didn't have anyone to leave young Forrest with, so who can she leave him with, the ? she knew her entire life, who happened to be a millionaire and he loves her, regardless of her dissing him their entire life.
He took her and her kid in, and she died, leaving young Forrest with a safe place to grow. She knew Forrest wouldn't hurt the boy because it's not in his nature to hurt anything and he thinks the boy is his, so he's going to take care of him.
There is no argument of her trying to set herself up to live in the lap of luxury, that wasn't the case. She just wanted to die in a peaceful place and leave her son with someone who she knew would take care of him since she had no family.
In essence, young Forrest became Forrest's son, even though he was not his nature father. -

I cosign this but......Forest Jr. could've been any ? 's son and Forest would've took care of him. She really didn't have to lie. He would've looked after the kid regardless.

More than likely the ? got knocked up after she left Forrest, i bet the timeline between when Forrest had sex with her and when the kid was born doesn't matches up.
