I ask this question, because I have more admire in basketball, but I think soccer can master in losing weight! I'm not sure but play basketball more! What do you think?

it doesnt really matter which one you play...
your diet is whats most important.
calories going in<calories burned=weight loss -
Either will work if you push yourself, sweat and use muscle and eat right.
