You've seen my before and after pics, Kat. I counted calories. I found out my BMR, the number of calories I would need to eat a day to maintain my weight and reduced it by 500. I also burned another 500 5 days a week on the treadmill, along with my bodyweight workouts :tu So in essence, I was taking in 1000+ less calories daily, and thats not even counting the full court basketball I ran a few times a week for 3-4 hours.

let me train you kat..i'll only charge you 25 an hour..that's cheap

In general or in here? I don't understand the question. You've seen my before and after pics, Kat. I counted calories. ? damn...3 to 4 hours a day?
With my schedule, I can't see working out anymore than an hour a day, 5 times a week max.
My sister put me on to this calorie counting website, but I've always gone the low carb route when trying to lose weight so I'm not really familiar with how it should work.
I put in my stats and what I want them to be and it said I shouldn't be exceeding 1400 calories a day and that's in order to lose 2 lbs per week. Does that sound right? -
Or you can PM me for FREE advice & information, Kat lol

I would totally do it if I were rich..I'd love to go to the gym and just have someone tell me exactly what to do to get my body looking how I want. That's the hardest part of going to the gym. -

You can drop 500-1000 calories below your maintenance level. If you got an hour, 5 days a week, thats more than enough time. When I went to the gym I was never there longer than 30 minutes. I always burned my 500 on the treadmill and got the ? out of dodge.

? is never hard as people make it seem.. its a whole hell of a lot of common sense..

Thank you for dropping in with your infinite wisdom..I'm honored. -
1400 calories a day 5 hours of working out a week should get you around 2 lbs a week, if your really maximizing your work out
don't just hit a mild walk on the treadmill
get tough cardio in there, maybe some strength training
