Ok, this battle is between two prep masters.. let's say these guys are dropped into a neutral universe and only have general public knowledge of one another..they're allowed to prep for one week and use their own resources (money, intellect, inventions, etc..no calling in help from the JLA or Avengers)

Im a bigger fan of the panther but bruces record is tried and true and I've seen doom whoop t'challa' ass and he was prepared.
The black panther still has a mystical side that bruce cant account for though, but out of 5 fights I'll give bruce 3.
