Ok so I tried to restore the laptop to it's factoring setting with the partition because I cannot find my Windows disc and now it will not boot up.Nothing works, not even any of the Safe modes or debugging modes.I keep getting a quick blue screen error. The error I believe is 0x0000007e and I could make out that it says to Run CHKDSK/f.How the hell do I do that if I cannot use debug mode or command prompt? Anybody know how to fix this ? ?

what OS is on it?
-
change your bios back to its default settings. if that does not work, either some of the sectors on the hard drive went bad or the info on some of the sectors is corrupt.

I am on Windows 7,how do I change the Bios back?
-
hit f2 right when you boot up, Use the Alt + F key combination to load defaults, hit Esc to save and exit,
choose the Enter key to save all changes and exit the BIOS screen. Allow your laptop to restart for BIOS settings to reset.

You got the bsod
-
Press f11 to boot into recovery move and to a factory restory.

None of that worked.I clicked to restore bios and it does not restore the factory image correctly.I downloaded a back up recovery from dell.com,but I cannot get the ? to show up n my iPod as a external HDD.

yeah bruh then you need to find that windows disc because its most likely
A. Sectors on the hard drive went bad.
or
B. Information on some sectors are corrupt.
unless you can download win 7 image off bit torrent then burn to dvd. -
Probably have to burn it.I hate when I can't find ? when I need it after seeing it laying around for the past 2 years.
