Strictly aesthetically speaking of course, the technology in 1996 is way more advanced than in 1964. Style wise which year do you prefer?

Damn, tough choice; I'ma have to go with the '96 Impala SS. Something about them that screams "bad to the bone".
-
i own a 96 impala SS and i love everything about it big powerful fun to drive
-
1996 all muthafuckin day long

96' man I tried my damdis to get one. But I settle for a box chevy 9c1. Old government ride. The engine layout was so clean. 9c1 are the GOAT domestic rides. built to last my ? leaned for awhile but I put 2gs underneath it. Only thing I hated was the was the shifter. but it popped so no worries.

Like the 64 better, but my pops says the 63 was the one to have tho.
-
96 ss has always been that car to me
-
That '96 is my ? , I have to roll with that one...
-
The 96 looks just like a Caprice
-
cant pick against the 96'
-
? 'em both. I'd rather cop a 68' Chevy Biscayne SRS (Street Racer Special) with a 427 rat under the hood (know as a "Bisquick").
but... if I gotta do an Impala, I'll take the '64 as long as it's runnin a Chevy 409 with dual 4 barrel carbs under the hood. -

the 63 was hot if it had the 427 under the hood. It was only offered as an option in '63, '64s topped out at the 409. -
shiiiiit.. i STILL want a '96!
-
man a 96 pulled up yesterday on the side of my boys whip and hit the gas the power that ? has is amazing
-
that first 96 looks exactly like my car
-
96 all day
-
64..
-
More beautiful cars.
-
the 96. love that car.
-
a classic mint condition street 64 all day. for one it's more rare, and second the classic big body style of the 96 is dope and the engine is nasty but a drop 64 with clean guts is too sick though.
-
even though I said 64, them SS's you got on there didn't do them much justice, it's some I seen this week killin those.
-
64 for me just because it's rare to see them around my way
-
96 ss for me

A fully restored 64 sittin low will suck the air out of any parking lot.
