No sense of existentialism. Anything can happen anywhere at any time.

Planes don't fly into building around here. Facts.
-
I take they meN they aren use to seeing ? like this happening outside of TV nd on the news. But yeah, you have a point.
-
Word, that's a wack statement.
It lacks subject-verb agreement.
It should be, "Things like that don't happen around here.". -

? around and a plane is going to have internal engine failures above your city and crash into your home. -
interviewer should always reply
"well...they do now......(looks at camera) now back to you guys in the studio" -

That's what people thought over there too...Sage Wonder wrote: »No sense of existentialism. Anything can happen anywhere at any time.

but there is evidence that supports the notion that certain things happen way more often in certain places...
-
That is true.. but people create current events. Not locations.
-
it has been posited that location is more important than ppl care to admit...
studies have shown that certain areas remain crime ridden despite the ethnic makeup of the area... -
I could cite some sources, however I am on vacation from academia...

Sure, as a result to the snowball effect. Consider it a cycle. People do things that affect their surroundings -> Their surroundings begin to reflect (cause and effect) -> The environment influences more similar activities -> repeat. You making it seem like every project was constructed on cursed ground. -
sigh...
although your cycle theory is not what I was getting at, u appear to agree with me... the thing is there exist forces beyond an individuals control that influence their behavior... one of those forces being where they live... -
And ultimately, it is their final decision which path they will take and what affect they will have on society. I understand what you are saying but I look at it differently. There is still an individual's choice in contributing.
-
yes choice is a factor... we cannot not deny that... however, as I stated earlier... downplaying the importance of where one is born and resides is not productive from a ratchedness awareness/prevention perspective...
