All of the guys listed make the team IMO. whether its practices squad or 53 man roster. Morgan benefits from Arrington & Tanner going down in preseason. Cadet might make Ivory trade bait if he shows out again tonight. Akeem Hicks is gone be a beast. I really think Spags' scheme is gone at the very least cut down on some of the big plays and create more turnovers and get to the ? QB every once & a while, which is all they need because of the offense. The D just needs to go from bad to decent (or like 09...opportunistic) and its a SB team.
As far as rookies not making it...i only see mostly undrafted rookies not making it. Only undrafted guys that make it is Cadet & Walker.
-
Toon just needs more reps.
And I think Cadet makes it and Ivory is traded. -

yeah Toon supposed to play tonight coming off that foot injury. But he needs more reps with Brees tho...
yeah if they trade Ivory its probably gonna be to the Lions since they looking for a RB. what would we get for him is the question tho...
-
Depth at DB or Depth at LB where we need it the most.
But it would probably be a late round draft pick. -
So the game last night was boring as hell. Canfield can only throw picks in the red zone. LOL. And gotta give it to the 2nd string defense holding the Titians 1st team offense to FGs during the time they played. And like I said before Akeem Hicks is gone be a problem.
Feel bad for Joe Morgan tho injuring his hand in the 4th cuz he was winning his roster spot before that. Cadet might get waived cuz of that fumble in the 1st qtr. But its up in the air....
Overall it was just what a 4th preseason game was supposed to look like. LOL. -
Ivory dog ass stay fumbling too. We need to trade Ivory for a late round pick. I know we can get a 6 or 7th draft pick from Detroit for him.
And put Cadet on the P. Squad incase one of our main backs gon down. -
True. I forgot ? can get signed by other teams off the practice squad

It is hard but it will be funny to see the Saints keep both just for trade bait.

Mike Triplett, The Times-Picayune
The New Orleans Saints' breakout preseason star Travaris Cadet has made the 53-man roster according to a source. The undrafted rookie tailback from Appalachian State shined as a runner/receiver/return man this summer to earn his way onto the roster.
It's still unclear if the Saints plan to keep all of their top five tailbacks, but that seems to be the case. -
I wanna know why Arrington keep making the team somehow. Dude don't do nothing but stay hurt...
-
Colston, Henderson, Moore, Toon, and Morgan should be our WRs
Thats who I would keep.
A.A. he decent enough to make the team but he stays hurt. -
Colston 1,100 yards
Moore and Henderson bout 800 yards apiece
Jimmy 1300
Sproles bout 400 yards
Thomas and Ingram bout 500 combined
Thomas, Sproles, and Ingram combine for 2,200 yards rushing
Yes I think the offense will be dynamic this year.
Number 1 passing
Top 5 rushing
That's how I see it happening this year. -
